East Pike Elementary School – Indiana, PA
In 2022, Tuff Duct Systems provided East Pike Elementary with a long-lasting exterior ductwork system that would not only move higher quality air, but would also compliment the aesthetics of their newly installed roof. Our in-house partnership with Hranec Construction allowed for a quick and easy project install, start to finish. See additional install photos from this project below:

Aurora Flight Sciences Campus – Bridgeport, WV
Early in 2023, ground broke on a large expansion project for the Aurora Flight Sciences program which doubled the square footage (adding about 48,000 sq ft) of Building 2. Tuff Duct Systems worked closely with installer Hranec Construction and fabricated over 650’ linear feet of Tuff Duct to service the expansion area of the building. Pratt & Whitney Manufacturing Facility – Bridgeport, WV
Starting off 2024, Tuff Duct Systems partnered again with Hranec Construction for a large-sized install in Bridgeport, WV for Pratt & Whitney, a large aerospace company specializing in the manufacturing of aviation equipment. Their manufacturing facility was undergoing some advancements when they decided to pursue new exterior ductwork. After initially considering standard sheet metal duct with wrapped insulation, they found Tuff Duct to be the better and more cost-efficient option.

West Virginia University Health Sciences Campus – Morgantown, WV
The West Virginia University Health Sciences building elicited the services of a Cleveland engineer to design an outdoor ductwork system for a massive air handling unit. Tuff Duct Systems, with the help of installer Hranec Construction, fabricated a coated stainless-steel version of Tuff Duct to match the color of the unit.

Valensil Warehouse – Avon Lake, OH
Early in the Fall of 2023, our Cleveland OH representative, Mussun Sales, secured approval from a local engineer to move forward with the Tuff Duct system on a new warehouse in northern Ohio. Schalk Mechanical performed the install and completed the project before the deadline.

Lindy Paving Office Expansion – New Galilee, PA
- Tuff Duct Systems partnered with our Pittsburgh Manufacturer’s Representative, Pittsburgh Air Systems, and one of their contractors to provide a weatherproof R-12 solution to the project. After a seamless install, this office building in Western Pennsylvania now boasts an aesthetically pleasing and highly effective exterior ductwork system on its newest wing.Project Notes:
